Ingredients:

FOR THE DIPPERS:

  • 4 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 Cups Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Muenster Cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, granulated
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

FOR DIPPING SAUCE:

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until no longer sticky and a dough ball forms. Roll out the dough so it fits perfectly into a baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to spread olive oil all over the dough.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together muenster cheese, parsley, garlic, and black pepper until well combined. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Place dough in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • While the dippers are cooking, mix together Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and garlic.
  • When bread is done cooking, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Cut into strips and serve with the dipping sauce!
