Pizza night and Halloween collide with our Candy Corn Pizza!  Top your favorite pizza crust with Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce and gouda, Colby, and Monterey jack cheeses for this fun take on a classic Halloween candy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
  • 2 Pre-Baked Pizza Crust
  • Gouda Cheese, shredded
  • Colby Cheese, shredded
  • Monterery Jack Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven according to pizza crust baking instructions.
  • Using a spoon, spread Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce evenly over each of the pizza crusts, getting as close to the edges as possible.
  • On the outer 1/3 of the pizza crusts, sprinkle gouda cheese evenly all the way around for the yellow section.  Be sure to get as close to the edges as possible.
  • On the middle 1/3 ring of the pizza crusts, sprinkle Colby cheese evenly all the way around for the orange section, getting as close to the gouda cheese as possible.
  • In the remaining middle of the crusts, sprinkle Monterey jack cheese for the white section.
  • Bake according to the pizza crust instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Cut each pizza into 8 slices to create the candy corn effect.

Chef's Tip:

Feel free to use any cheese you’d like as long as one is yellow, one is orange, and one is white.
