Busy Bee Salad is a quick lunch that is perfect for days filled with summer chores. Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and basil leaves top your favorite crunchy lettuce to keep you going all summer long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 20 Basil Leaves, snipped
  • 2/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve over iceberg lettuce for a flavorful wedge salad!
