With Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, carrots, cherries, and strawberries our Berry Tomato Smoothie Bowl recipe is a perfect breakfast that is packed full of nutrients, fruits, and veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, Chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or cup and top with your choice of toppings.

Chef's Tip:

For a little crunch, top with granola and coconut flakes
