BBQ Brussels Sprouts are a healthy dish that is the perfect addition to any barbecue! Made using Dei Fratelli Tomato Puree, garlic, and Brussels sprouts, this side makes a great addition for your next family gathering.
For Easy BBQ Sauce:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Puree
- 1 1/3 Cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
For BBQ Brussels Sprouts:
- 1/2 Cup Easy BBQ Sauce Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, raw, halved
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, minced
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced

For the Easy BBQ sauce mix all Easy BBQ Sauce ingredients together in a large bowl. Add to a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and allow to brown, about 3 minutes.
Add onion and garlic and continue cooking another 2 minutes, or until onions are tender, stirring frequently. Add Easy BBQ Sauce and allow to heat through, about 5 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts reach desired tenderness.
