Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together in a medium bowl until well combined, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a well-floured surface and knead until no longer sticky and a ball of dough forms. Divide into 3 evenly sized balls. Roll each dough out to create a crust about 10” in diameter.
Place on baking sheets or pizza pans. Spread about 1/2 cup of Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce on each, leaving about 1/2” of crust all the way around. Place mozzarella slices over the sauce. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil.
This dough is a great option when you’re low on time! Switch up the flavors by using Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce and any of your favorite toppings!
