Ready to shake up your cocktail game? Try this refreshing cucumber refresher made with Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice, crisp cucumber slices, a splash of gin, and a hint of chamomile tea for a unique and refreshing cocktail. Trust us, this adventurous concoction will be your go to Summer drink!

Ingredients:

Party Size (7 servings):

  • 1 (46 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice
  • 28 oz. Chamomile Tea, cooled
  • 14 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 18 oz. Gin, or sparkling water
  • 21 slices Cucumber
  • Mint Leave, to taste

Single Serving:

  • 6 oz. Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice, pour remaining in glass container and store in the refrigerator
  • 4 oz. Chamomile Tea, cooled
  • 2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2.5 oz. Gin, or Sparkling Water
  • 3 slices Cucumber
  • Mint Leaves, to taste

Instructions:

  • Place the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a muddler and muddle the ingredients together. If you do not have a muddler, use a bowl and the handle of a wooden spoon. Gently press the handle of the spoon against the ingredients in the bowl and turn in each direction to break and blend the cucumber and mint.
  • In a large pitcher for party size or a cocktail shaker for a single serving, combine Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice, chamomile tea, simple syrup, cucumber, mint, and gin or sparkling water if preferred.
  • Mix the Cucumber Refresher Cocktail well and serve over ice for a refreshing summer drink.

This recipe is a delicious and refreshing way to relax and enjoy the warm summer days!  Make with Sparkling Water instead of Gin to bring to a potluck or serve at your next family picnic!
