Spice up your Deviled Eggs with Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, spicy cheese curls, and hard boiled eggs for this heated twist on a family favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, drained
  • 40 Hard Boiled Eggs, halved, yolks reserved
  • 4 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Cups Spicy Crunchy Cheese Curls, crushed, reserve 1/2 Cup for topping

Instructions:

  • Once the hard boiled eggs are peeled and sliced, place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash.
  • Add the drained Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, vinegar, mayonnaise, and 1 cup of crushed cheese curls. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Spoon the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites and top with the remaining crushed cheese curls to your satisfaction.
  • Serve chilled.

Chef's Tip:

To save on time, you can buy ready-made hard boiled eggs.
