Messy and delicious our Cincinnati Chili Dogs bring gameday flavors to your dinner table! Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce, hot dogs, and cheddar cheese make for a tasty combination for any celebration!

Ingredients:

For Cincinnati Chili:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Water

For Cincinnati Chili Dogs:

  • 1 package Hot Dogs
  • 1 package Hot Dog Buns
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  • Add ground beef to a large saucepan and break up into small pieces. Cook over medium heat until brown and crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain grease and return to pan.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce, vinegar, and spices. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes over medium heat, or until sauce has been mostly absorbed by the meat. Add water, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook hot dogs over medium heat on a large skillet or grill until hot, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot dogs in buns and top with Cincinnati Chili. Garnish with cheddar cheese.
