This Ohio specialty is the perfect hearty dinner for your family! Cincinnati Chili is made with Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce, spaghetti noodles, and ground beef to create a tasty and hearty pasta dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 1 lb. Spaghetti Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  • In a large stock pot, boil water and cook spaghetti noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, toss in olive oil and set aside to cool.
  • While noodles are cooking, add ground beef to a large saucepan and break up into small pieces. Cook over medium heat until brown and crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain grease and return to pan.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce, vinegar, and spices. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes over medium heat, or until sauce has been mostly absorbed by the meat. Add water, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Top spaghetti noodles with chili and garnish with cheddar cheese.
