When it comes to sausages and sauerkraut the Germans know best. Our German Dog tops your favorite hot dog, or bratwurst, with Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, German mustard, and onion for another way to get those tangy flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained well
  • 1 package Hot Dogs
  • 1 package Hot Dog Buns
  • White Onion, chopped
  • German Mustard
  • Caraway Seeds

Instructions:

  •  Heat hot dogs according to package instructions.
  • Place hot dogs in buns and top with Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, German mustard, and onion. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top.

Chef's Tip:

Wanting more authentic German flavors?  Substitute hot dogs for bratwurst.
