Reuben Dog

Just like the classic sandwich, Reuben Dog is made with Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, pastrami, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing. This hot dog is perfect to try - and is just in time for grilling season!
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained well
- 1 package Hot Dogs
- 1 package Hot Dog Buns
- Pastrami, roughly chopped
- Swiss Cheese, sliced, roughly chopped
- Dill Pickles, diced
- Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions:
- Heat hot dogs according to package instructions.
- Place hot dogs in buns and top with Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, pastrami, Swiss cheese, and pickles. Drizzle with thousand island dressing.
Chef's Tip:
Try using sesame seed buns instead for more added flavor!
