A fusion of Asian influence, and your favorite dip, combine to make Asian Guacamole! Made with Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, fresh avocados, cashews, and ginger. This guacamole packs a punch of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, drained, rinsed, and roughly chopped
  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Scallions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • 1 tsp. Tamari
  • Lemon Juice, fresh, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Use a fork to smash up the avocado to desired texture.
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Chef's Tip:

Enjoy with chicken and rice, or as a dip with your favorite cracker.
