This one-pot, plant-based chili is our favorite way to warm up on a cold night. Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes, carrots, celery, green chilies, and kidney beans are mixed to make this classic chili made for any family lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup White Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

Instructions:

  • In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add carrot, celery, green chiles, and garlic and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Chef's Tip:

Garnish with more diced onion for additional savory flavor!
