Mixing Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, beets, pickles, and onion to make this salty and tangy dip!  Make this Pickle Beet Salsa for an appetizer and serve with everything bagel chips for a delicious snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 Cup Beets, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Pickles, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. White Onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. Pickle Juice
  • 2 tsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a large food processor.  Pulse until salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Chef's Tip:

Goes great with everything-bagel chips and pretzels!
