Our Aunt Mary knew how to make a good soup! Aunt Mary’s Cabbage Soup is made with Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Juice. She then added smoked kielbasa to make this soup a favorite in our family recipe books.
In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic and continue cooking another 3-5 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Add potatoes, carrots, and green pepper. Continue cooking until veggies become tender, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
