Our Asian Sloppy Joes is a tasty slow cooker recipe creates a fusion of Asian and American flavors! Made with Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce, orange peel, and sesame spice, this recipe is made for those busy days when attentive cooking isn’t an option!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, lean
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange Peel, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground
  • Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients, except the buns, into a 4-quart slow cooker and mix well, making sure to break up the meat.
  • Put the slow cooker on high for 5 hours.
  • Serve on sesame seed buns.

Chef's Tip:

Omit the hamburger buns, toss with noodles, and garnish with sliced green onion for an easy lo mein.
