The best flavors of pizza all in one heated appetizer! Fire Roasted Pizza Dip lets you sink your favorite chips and crackers into a combination of Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce, low-fat cream cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms for a delicious bite-sized pizza experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoni Slices, quartered
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, diced
  • 6 Fresh Basil Leaves, sliced with scissors

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and rosemary.
  • In a 9×13 baking dish, spread the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed across the bottom.
  • Using 1/2 cup of parmesan, sprinkle evenly across the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread an even layer of Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce over the top.
  • Take mozzarella and remaining parmesan and sprinkle over top until completely covered. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms, and basil.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown. Garnish with more basil.

Chef's Tip:

For best results, allow to sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.  Use for lasagna or for a dip for breadsticks and pizza crust!
