These cheesy and delicious biscuits give you chili in every bite. Our vegetarian Chili Biscuit Bites are made with Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes, refrigerated biscuit dough, and cheddar cheese to make this quick and easy lunch for your family.

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Split biscuits in half to create twice as many. Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Spread Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes evenly on each biscuit. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Chef's Tip:

For a crispier texture, bake for 2-3 minutes under the broiler.
