These sweet and tangy meatballs are the perfect topper for rice or a filler for a sandwich. Our Cranberry Kraut Meatballs are made with frozen meatballs, Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, and whole cranberry sauce, for a tasty dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (32 oz.) bag Meatballs, frozen
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a 6-quart slow cooker. Combine well, cover, and cook for 3 hours on low, or 1 hour on high.

Chef's Tip:

Serve on its own, with brown rice, or in a hoagie bun!
