Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, sweet potatoes, carrots, and balsamic vinegar make our sweet and savory Sweet Potato Dip that is perfect to dip your favorite veggies in!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Carrot, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted Red Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Add sweet potatoes and carrots to a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes. Remove and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and continue mixing an additional 2-3 minutes.

Chef's Tip:

Serve with fresh veggies, pretzels, or pita bread.
