A dinner your whole family will enjoy! Chili Corn Chip Casserole has layers of Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce and Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, ground beef, and cheddar cheese to make this a winning weeknight meal.

  •  Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a large saucepan, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until meat is browned and onions are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain grease.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce, Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, and seasoning. Combine well, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add black beans to the mixture and combine well. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • In a large baking dish, layer 1/2 meat mixture evenly in pan. Top with 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the crushed corn chips. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.

Chef's Tip:

For extra heat, garnish with sliced jalapenos!
