This tasty appetizer is great for any family occasion. Made with Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and mozzarella cheese, Pull-Apart Bruschetta Bread is a family get-together favorite.

Ingredients:

FOR SIMPLY BRUSCHETTA:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, well drained
  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, snipped with shears
  • 3 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • Black Pepper, to taste

FOR PULL-APART BREAD:

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 24 cubes
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  • Pan Spray, as needed

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour and yogurt until well combined and a dough is formed.  Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out until about 1/16" thick.
  • Cut the dough into 24 squares, about 2" x 2" each.  Place a cube of mozzarella cheese into each square and completely cover with the dough. Pinch to seal.
  • Place the rolls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet in the shape of a tree, or the shape of your choice. Brush each roll evenly with egg wash.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.
  • Combine ingredients for Simply Bruschetta.
  • Cover the rolls with Simply Bruschetta and garnish with sea salt and drizzles of olive oil.

Chef's Tip:

Organize your rolls in a variety of shapes to celebrate different holidays and events year-round!
