Though our Cranberry Salsa makes for a great cranberry sauce substitute - it is also an amazing salsa all year long! Made with Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, whole berry cranberry sauce, and limes, this salsa will have you craving cranberries all year long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup White Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper, roughly chopped
  • 4 Limes, zested and juiced
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse 3-4 times and scrape down sides with a rubber spatula. Pulse 3-4 more times. Chill before serving.

Chef's Tip:

Great served with tortilla chips or pita chips!  Use as a garnish on pork or fish, or serve as a side dish on Thanksgiving!
