Pineapple Salsa
Looking for something sweet to dip your chips into? Pineapple Salsa combines Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, pineapple, and cilantro to create a sweet salsa the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup White Onion diced
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple diced
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped with stems
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Jalapeno seeded and diced
- 1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1/8 tsp. Cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse until the salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Use as a dip with your favorite tortilla chips or try it in a zesty rice bowl!
