Mediterranean Feta Pasta
Combine Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with pasta, bacon, chicken breasts, fresh herbs, and artichoke hearts for this tasty and hearty Mediterranean Feta Pasta! This recipe is made right on your stovetop for delicious flavors and an easy clean up!

Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) package Pasta of your choice
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast boneless, cooked, and diced
- 1/4 tsp. Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives pitted, roughly chopped
- 1 (8.5 oz.) can Artichoke Hearts drained, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, cook bacon over medium heat in a large skillet until crispy, about 10-12 minutes depending on thickness. Drain grease. Crumble bacon and return back to pan.
- Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, cooked chicken, and rosemary to the skillet. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add feta cheese, olives, and artichoke hearts and simmer for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add cooked pasta, and combine well.
Notes
Garnish with additional feta cheese and fresh rosemary.
