Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.
