  • Combine all the ingredients into two large mugs and cover.
  • Cook in microwave on power 8 for 1 minute. Carefully uncover and stir. Cover again and cook an additional 30 seconds on power 8.
  • Uncover and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Rice will be very hot. Allow to cool before enjoying.
