Our Easy Veggie Mug is the perfect lunch to brighten up your day! Made with Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, stir fry vegetables, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning this recipe is the perfect combination for a midweek lunch!

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 Cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables with Rice
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients into two large mugs and cover.
- Cook in microwave on power 8 for 1 minute. Carefully uncover and stir. Cover again and cook an additional 30 seconds on power 8.
- Uncover and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Rice will be very hot. Allow to cool before enjoying.
