A festive twist on our Simply Bruschetta recipe, this Cranberry Bruschetta combines the flavors of Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes that you love with cranberries for this sweet and festive appetizer!

Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, well drained
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 4 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, snipped with shears
- 3 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Place the cranberries in a microwave-safe bowl and cover them with cold water. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until cranberries are rehydrated. Strain and discard water.
- Gently combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a rubber spatula.
